Shipping policy

At Viyaa Clothing, we want to get your orders to you as quickly and clearly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process within India.

1. When Will I Get My Order?

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Use the guide below to estimate your delivery date:

Order Cutoff: Please place your order by 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday) for it to be processed that day.

Handling Time: It takes us 1 – 2 business days to pack and send out your order.

Transit Time (Travel Time):

South India: 3 – 4 business days.

North India: 5 – 6 business days.

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 4 – 8 business days.

 

2. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time.

 

3. Delivery Address & Accuracy

• Double-Check Your Info: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.
• Reshipping: If a package is sent back to us because the address was wrong, you will need to pay the cost to ship it again.
  
• No Changes: Once a package has been sent out, we cannot change the delivery address.
  
  

4. Missing or Damaged Items

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please let us know right away.
