We only offer exchanges or refunds in the event of a verified error on our part, such as:

  • Receiving the incorrect item.

  • Receiving a damaged product.

2. How to Report an Issue

To qualify for an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Proof: You must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. This video must show the package from start to finish with no cuts, edits, or pauses. This is our sole method for verifying claims.

  • Contact Us: Reach out immediately via our official contact channels.

3. The Process

  1. Verification: Our team will review your video proof.

  2. Return Shipping: Once approved, we will provide the return address. You will be responsible for couriering the item back to us.

  3. Reimbursement: Share a copy of your courier receipt; we will fully reimburse your shipping costs.

Resolution: We will ship your replacement immediately upon receiving the return. If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued within 2 working days.
